WELL LOOK NO FURTHER! See what the Four Leg LIBRARY of content has to offer! Not a member yet? Why not?! Affordable & Expansive Learning to be had! What's
new? Such a weird summer. Rain, rain, rain, a couple of days of sun, mosquitos, rain, rain, and repeat! I've listened to a few books of recent. 1) Value(s) by our current PM Mark Carney. I think every Canadian should read it. This is what he wants for Canada... and as an Albertan, I'm concerned. 2) Fat, Stressed and Sick, by Katherine Reid. I really like this book. I like most health books, but this one
talked about foods that help to not be fat, stressed, and sick, but it also outlined how, through diet, she was able to reverse her daughters autism diagnosis - which shocked me! 3) A New Science of Heaven, by Robert Temple. This one is fairly mind expanding and talks about plasma (not the kind in your blood). Plasma in the universe, in space, in the Kordylewski clouds, in consciousness... 4) Good Energy by Casey Means. Nothing earth shattering for me here... but sometimes, you
just need to hear the same messaged over again to not say, "Screw it, I'm going to eat like there's no tomorrow. Load me up on chips, cookies, and ice cream!" 5) The Great Cholesterol Myth by Jonny Bowden and Stephen Sinatra. Admittedly I have 2 hours and 14 minutes left to go in this book, but thus far, I LOVE it! Great information. Debunking so many myths. And dry humour thrown in. If you have high cholesterol, worry about cholesterol, or anything else to do
with cholesterol, I highly highly recommend this one! Beyond that, I personally wonder, how do I get my zucchini to grow UP the trellis that hubby made for me in the garden? So, that's it for the updates... On with the
show!
