Just for Fun!
Image
Hello Friends!  I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend!  I had a fun one - Saturday morning, I went roller skating with my boys and their 'adventure club' (old school - 4 wheel roller-skates!).  Then in the evening, we went into town for the 'light up' of the Christmas lights on main street, plus hot chocolate, hot dogs, shopping, and visiting!  Then on Sunday, I talked my husband and youngest son into trekking into my clinic with me to shoot a few exercise videos for a marketing project for my clinic (more on that at a later date)... and we were home in time for the Canadian Football League's Grey Cup.  The wrong team won, but we made all sorts of 'bad for you' food to enjoy during the game, and enjoyed ourselves never-the-less!  So all in all, a very well rounded weekend!

For MEMBERS, you will enjoy today's training video!  This episode, I called "Fun with Cinderblocks"!  It shows a few of my favourite exercises with concrete cinder blocks - sooo practical!
Now... just as an FYI... the backdrop is an old 'bunk house' on my property.  (Note:  A bunk house is a small shed-sized building that had a stove, table, and bed in it for a ranch-hand to stay in - back in 1940's and earlier.)  I thought it would make a unique backdrop - and yes, it needs paint - but that's part of the charm!
This Week's Blog
As for the blog this week... you will be able to read my advise to a fellow therapists about an impending puppy assessment that was referred to her.  Just 'food for thought' about the sorts of things you would want to look at / evaluate for if referred a similar case... The bottom line, is essentially, you don't know until you see the case.  However, there are some things that you should have in your mind before going into such an evaluation.

Here's what others are saying:

I would like to tell you how much I enjoy and appreciate your web site.  I was concerned that I wouldn't have time to read your material but I look forward to reading what you have to offer (I try to get into your site at least once a day).  As a neophyte, I am learning so much from your material.  Thanks again.  -  RM

I love your website and am finding it an invaluable resource.  You can quote me on how valuable I find your website.  The more I am learning, the more I realize how little I really know.  -   GR
