FourLeg: Mostly back to normal!

Real quick today...
So the website is mostly back to normal.  The hosting company had 30 sites hacked over the weekend and Monday.  So it wasn't just me!!
The documents and audios aren't working yet...but the videos and the blog seems to be okay.  I can't seem to re-upload the Nerd Contest Video either!  Hopefully by the end of the week all will be okay.  The move away from Paypal was to happen this week.  It should be ready to go, except that my Web-guys are a bit tied up with all of the other websites they are fixing... Soon soon!
So the MEMBERS' weekly video is about Theraband, Taping, & Core Stability...  New stuff I've been playing with for a couple of weeks now.
