Shoulders, Pacing, Multivitamins and Introversion!
Enjoying a little 'me' time!
Hey there everyone!  So, firstly to update... the first week of school for the boys went well - they're happy enough, and Wednesday was my first day of having the house all to myself during the day, and it was glorious!  I did a little work on the computer, then watered my flowers, then I did a little more work on the computer, then went for a walk, then I did a little work on the computer... and so on!  It felt so rejuvenating.  I really am a mix of introvert - extrovert.  I need that alone time too!  (ha! ha! say some of you... but it's true!!)

Okay... so here's what's on deck for you this week!

Big-smiley-face!

Members' Video Training
So this week's video is about Shoulder Mobilizations.  Okay, it is a little bit of a repeat from a past video - the one on grading mobilizations, where I used shoulder as an example... but this is just dedicated to the shoulder - so it should be a bit more specific.  I've done all of the joints... and Yes, I should have started with shoulder... but I was ASKED for elbow... so that's why you saw elbow first.

Now - you should know what to do - log in, click Video on the right hand side, scroll down to Video Training 48, (Wow... 48!), and hit PLAY!

Blog for everyone!
So the blog post this week is about dogs that pace - in particular a dog with spondylosis...

Lastly...
So, last week I wrote a blog post for my clinic, The Canine Fitness Centre.  It was all about multi-vitamins for dogs.  I did a little online research and presented some of my findings.  If you're interested, you can read it at:

But more to the point of what I am hoping to ask of everyone, is for YOUR use, prescription of, and thoughts about multi-vitamin use in dogs.  I've create a mini survey, and I really hope to hear from many of you!  Thanks in advance!  (Please click the link below....)

Have a fabulous week everyone!
