Exalted Warrior... Who Me?

So I was listening to a business audio the other day and the final message of the program was that in order to grow or progress in business or life you had to do the thing (or things) that scare the crap out of you.  (Whether that means spending money, signing up for something, hiring an additional staff member, or going to your first yoga class!)  Well this week I did two BIG things that scared the crap out of me.

Firstly, I signed up for (and put down a deposit on) a year-long business coaching / mastermind group.  I'll be one of 10 entrepreneurs / business people and I'm scared and excited about it - all at once!  The meetings and calls won't start until 2015.  I wish I could start this week.

Secondly, this weekend I went to my first yoga class ever!  Sure, I've got some Rodney Yee videos (yes video... VHS... that's how long ago I bought them), but I have never gone to a real class.  So I went to a Hot Vinyasa Flow class, and I'm happy to say that I managed to do all of the poses, but it was HOT and I was sweating like a beast!! (But so was everyone else.)  I felt great afterwards!  And so my resolution is to find time to make this a regular routine!  (Oh, and I purchased a one-month first-timer all inclusive pass... so I can go to as many classes as I want within the first month to decide what kinds of yoga I like... We'll see how that goes!)

Now on with the show!  Here's what I have for you this week!

VIDEO TRAINING 90 - GLENOHUMERAL HYPERMOBILITY
So for years I have been seeing dogs with subtle to overt shoulder lamenesses that I have been able to attribute to shoulder hypermobility.  It's actually quite common amongst sporting-dogs.  So this video is Part one (the lecture)... what you look for, history, signs, and guidance for treatment.  (And I have never had to send one for surgery!)  Check it out!
