FourLeg: Don't be a VOMIT!

I'm just so excited!

I've been wanting to do this issue for quite some time! I'm delighted to bring you the 'human' studies and I'm even more thrilled about finding veterinary literature that backs up the same!

Okay… but before I VOMIT all over you, my week in review: So remember when I told you that I was doing yoga… well I'm in pain these days. I'm not sure if I'm pushing too hard or if I have to go through this. And while I sit here with TENS on my shoulders, meds and supplements 'on board', and a plan to acupuncture & laser myself tomorrow… I'll have to get back to you on this new habit. I have to admit that I feel great mentally! But is that enough!??

And remember when I said I had a day off the week before last? So I managed to work on compiling a series of videos on Massage. People have been asking me to do this for a while now… and while I don't tend to do it myself in my practice, I have come around to seeing merit in owners learning this valuable technique (and you being able to teach them how!) I've also formulated some ideas on other videos as well.

And it seems I've been a magnet for animals. The other day 5 moose crossed my path while driving to work. (Now that is almost unheard of! One or two maybe, but five is extraordinary!) Unfortunately, it's because it's the start of hunting season and the poor things were in a bit of a frenzy. But they were amazing to see! So huge! And then on Saturday night a beautiful little chocolate lab showed up outside of our dog run. The poor girl had run about 2 miles from a neighbour - they were lighting off firecrackers and the poor thing bolted on them. Great thing she had a tag with her name and phone number on it. Her owners were so pleased!!! Delighted that in both instances (moose & lab) that they were all okay.

AND! It snowed! And it's about -10 C now (which is about 12 F for my American friends)!… we were beautiful right up until Saturday night, and then the weather changed, it snowed and BOOM! Welcome winter! But the silver lining is that I can have fires in the fireplace… and I prepared a few weeks ago and went on a shopping spree and bought 7 new sweaters! I'm ready now! Just gotta get my snow tires on tomorrow!

Okay… so here you go with the week of VOMIT!!!!
