So this week... you will EVENTUALLY get to learn about what is currently known and done for Incontinence in Women.  This is an audio... because I couldn't figure out how I could input some interesting pictures into a powerpoint!  So check it out and then next week we'll put it all together.

BUT WAIT!  Since my new website host took over my website... all sorts of things have gone sideways.  And today I've experienced another issue.  I can't upload an Audio!  So I've put in a message to my personal web-guy (from the old company... He's doing some freelance work and I've asked him to sort it.
So... you'll get another e-mail from me when it's actually uploaded.  Sorry to disappoint!  (Because I know you'll be totally interested in lady pee and more imporantly, how physio / PT plays a big role in treatment... when I actually get it up!)

BLOG:  Treating cats!
One of the vet techs at the clinic I work out of wants me to look at her cat. She said he has an odd posture and always has, kind of like he is kyphotic. She has had x-rays of his back before and they were clear. She said her cat is good and there was no pressure to check him out. 
Just wondering if you have any pointers for treating a cat!?!? Or anything different I should know.

Better be fast or learn these technique!!!
My last two weeks in review...
  • Hawaii was great... I'll post a picture of my boys hamming it up!
  • I'm behind in creating my handouts for many of my upcoming lectures / teaching engagements.
  • The oldest son was also accepted at the University of Calgary into the Faculty of Engineering!  (Yippee!!!)
  • The oldest son also received his Provincial examination marks back, and he got 100% on his Math exam!!  So proud!
  • I think I've fixed my supraspinatus tendinopathy... I'll do a video on that for you another time.
  • Met with my new business coach at my clinic... he had some fabulous, interesting, and brutally honest comments & ideas!
  • Back on the diet... 
  • Back to yoga & the gym... and my left sacroiliac joint has been killing me.
Watching Videos & wrapping it up...

Hey members!  Just an update... if you are having any troubles with watching the videos - it could be because the website's sign up page is 'secured' again... 

This means that if your computer 'remembers' FourLeg as being a secured site - https://...  then it will take you to all pages as secured, but the Vimeo videos don't think that you are accessing them from the right website.
So, if you have issues, then log out and type directly into the browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com and go from there. 

I'll talk to everyone next week - and to all of the members some time later this week (hopefully later on Monday) - when the Audio is up and running! (tee hee... that's kind of a pun!)
