Happy Mother's Day
New deck furniture, a flat of pansies, a new razor (because I asked for one), and some fun funky socks to wear at work... that's what I got for Mother's Day!  A very nice day spent building furniture for the front deck.  (I like building stuff... so I don't mind that it all had to be assembled!)  Looking forward to coffee on the front deck tomorrow morning and gin & tonic on the back deck tomorrow evening!!!

Members' Training Video:   Old Dog New Assessment

I am regularly asked to do videos of new assessments.  The trouble is that a 'true' new assessment often comes with an owner that is new to you as well...and may not be open to having the session video recorded.  So when I have a regular client with a new issue on a familiar dog... I jump at the opportunity to film it for you!  So this video is of an old dog with a new issue.  The owner was messaging me that she was worried it was in the hock / achilles tendon.  And I was all excited about what I would show you with that.  But never get too far ahead in your planning... That's not what she had at all.  This old girl had a neck issue.  Watch & learn... assessment, treatment, talking with the owners, showing the owner how to do home traction, advice and more...

Blog:  Help!  I can't get my charts done!

My last question is, were you ever bogged down in your medical records? I end up spending all my free time completing them and never have time any more to keep up on journals, your website, etc.  Maybe there is a section on the website you can direct me to.

So this week, I'm heading off to Germany!  I'll be teaching for the International Veterinary Academy of Chiropractic (www.i-a-v-c.com).  I am doing my Canine Spine course and my Canine Extremities course.  It should be fun... and Germany is beautiful this time of year!  I'll miss my Birthday, and our May long weekend... but maybe I'll take a day off in August instead! One can dream!
Okay... so until next week...
PROST!!!
