One more week...
One more week with my eldest son at home and then he's off to University!

And it's hitting me like a ton of bricks.  My eldest son heads off to the University of Calgary next Sunday - living in rez, just 20 minutes away (but I think living away from home is good for growth and fun, and maybe learning to talk to girls!)  But it's got me feeling a little sad!  So it's going to be a tough week to focus!  And the next week is likely to be worse!!

Perhaps 'routine' will help & take my mind away - So onto YOU and your learning for the week!
Member's Learning: Video Training 122 -  Step-Ups Exercise for rear leg strengthening
This one is for all of you and especially Carole.  I often describe this exercise when I'm responding to questions, but I'd never gotten around to showing this exercise.  I think it's a great, advanced level, strengthening exercise.  It's a nice short video (great for summer - sorry to all of you southern hemisphere folks... plenty of long ones for you in the archives!)

Here's how your find it... LOGIN, click Video Training and Scroll all the way down to Video Training 122!

Stepping up to watch this now!
Blog: A british bulldog with a back and neck injury

It was the Physio pledge!! That was until yesterday when she sustained a fall from a significant height (4-5 feet).   ... (con't)

So have a great week everyone!  I'll just be sitting in my son's room acting all 'weird and nostalgic' if anyone is looking for me!

Until next time... Cheers!

P.S. Helpful Hints for members...
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!

As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site.  This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
P.S.  Don't forget...
Check out the Products page on www.FourLeg.com:  books, a poster, and courses.  And for members, check out the Discounts page after you log in!
