So, this was my week away from the clinic. And while I didn't get as much done as I would have wanted to, it really was nice emotionally to not feel like I needed to get everything done in a day because the following day I would be at work. Tidied up a lot of loose ends however.
And on Sunday, we had a booth for the clinic at a doggie Christmas Market. Here's what I know about that... Bring items for
sale. That brings people towards your booth, then you can start to engage them in discussions about what you do. Otherwise many tend to walk by. Second thing I noticed... people with dogs in carriages or wearing clothing, they didn't even come to talk or look at our booth... they went right by to the dog-coat makers. Weird. Maybe dogs in clothing don't get injured, or maybe their owners don't think that such things could happen to them. I don't know! (PS
I actually think the dog in the sweater below is kinda cute!)
Anyways, enough of the chit-chat... On to YOUR learning for this week!
