Happy Holidays!
It should be a festive week!
My oldest son is now home from university for the holidays.  It's great to have a full house again.  My youngest son goes for his driving test on Monday morning!  (It would be sooo handy if he was a driver!  He's a good driver... so it should go well!)

Only 1.5 work days in this upcoming week, (Okay... in clinic work.  I work everyday... but not IN clinic), and then Christmas.  We are in charge of desserts.  Sounds like it should be easy, but our extended family includes a vegan brother-in-law and a gluten free niece.  Send me your recipes if you have a fail proof one that fits that criteria!!

And check out one of my patients from this week!  A sphynx cat!  So cool.  He felt like velvet!  When I asked about the origins of the breed, I was told a story of a woman just outside of Toronto (Canada).  I said, "That's nice, but what about the whole breed?" thinking that they were merely referencing their own cat.  Nope... they meant the whole breed.  WILD!  Want to Wikipedia more info?  Check this out:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sphynx_cat

Anyways, enough of the chit-chat...  On to YOUR learning for this week!

Blog: An e-stim dilemma

Hey Laurie,

I bought an e-stim years ago and after a few failed attempts it ended up in my drawer. After watching your MPL videos I decided to dust it off and try again. I spent the better part of a Saturday night playing with PW and Hz to find the most comfortable settings to get a contraction…I live SUCH an exciting life!

BLOG... BLOG... BLOG...!

So have a great week everyone! (And Merry Christmas to many of you that will be celebrating this holiday!)

Until next time... Cheers!

Laurie

P.S. Helpful Hints for members...
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!

As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site.  This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
