Keeping you healthy, some thoughts about fascia and my Norway teaching!
But first...

Hey everyone,

So, I'm going to have to keep this short.  I'm working on very little sleep and have been awake for the last 22 hours.  But suffice to say, I had a great time in Norway.  It was a lovely class, everything was well organized. The lunches were amazing, and I was treated to some fabulous dinners.  And I've decided that I could be Norwegian.  I was very comfortable there.  (I'll have to take up cross country skiing, but I'm sure I could build that into my lifestyle if I were there!)

PS  Check out the Norwegian Easter Egg they gave me to take home... yes, it is bigger than my head! And I also took a picture of Norway from up on the hill overlooking the city.

Anyways, enough of the chit-chat...  On to YOUR learning for this week!

Blog: Just a little skin rolling and stretching
So, I thought I’d make this blog about a case of my own, and some dogs I saw while in Norway this past week.  So all of these cases are / were chronic, and the findings were interesting and the treatment strategies need to be very well rounded.

P.S.  Hey Everyone, check out the search-ability of the BLOG!

Forum info
Okay, so I had some questions about about the Forum, and I thought that I should pass on the info to everyone.
  1. The Forum is located on the Members' side of FourLeg, so you'll need to login to find it.  Then look over to the right hand column where you normally look up the content, and at the bottom, you'll find Forum.  Click it!
  2. Now, to get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
  3. Pick a user name that you want to be seen.
  4. Answer questions.  Post questions.
  5. Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
  6. If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
  7. Videos... I'm still figuring it out.  So far, I'd suggest uploading to Youtube, and then posting the link.
And get on there and engage with the community!

P.S. Helpful Hints for members...
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!

As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site.  This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
