So, I found a handful of e-mails in my junk folder from members asking about how to get onto the forum, or forgetting passwords, or needing to reset... And my good ol' computer decided that they all must be spam / junk! Thanks technology!
Anyways, I figured that these 5 people may not be the only ones having troubles... so I am going to send this quick e-blast to help everyone out! And if in future you don't hear
back from me by using the forum 'contact admin' then just e-mail me at Laurie@FourLeg.com.
Then I thought, why not take the opportunity to do more! I had a great question come in from a Vet Tech asking about utilization of technicians in rehab, and I thought it would make a great survey question and then I could report on the info. Thanks for the idea Becky!
So, here we go...

Okay, so I had some questions about about the Forum, and I thought that I should pass on the info to everyone.
- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a
user name that you want to be seen.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... I'm still figuring
it out. So far, I'd suggest uploading to YouTube, and then posting the link.
And get on there and engage with the community!

"I'm wondering if you have any ideas on how to better utilize our technician staff? I currently see my own appointments and perform my own treatments alongside the doctors and therapists. However, my schedule is sometimes lighter than the doctors, and aside from
helping them with treatments, general maintenance of rehab equipment/upkeep of the clinic, assisting the front desk staff, etc., some days I'm at a loss of what to do. We have a "slow day" list, which includes call backs, researching journal articles, writing articles for our newsletter, coming up with ideas for lunch and learns, etc., but this feels like an under-utilization of my (and other) technician skills. How have you seen technicians better utilized in a practice setting? Thanks for any
input!"

So have a great weekend everyone!
Until next time... Cheers!
