So I have had all of last week off, and most of this upcoming week too! I have taken care of myself - had a massage and got a pedicure! I went kayaking down the river with my husband. And I've gotten stuff done as well! For example, I compiled documentation, wrote additional documents, & uploaded some things onto a webpage to be able to sell the Shockwave unit that I have and love at my clinic. (I'll send
out a separate e-blast on that another day. If you're super curious, you can check out http://fourleg.com/Shockwave.) I got everything sent to the webmaster for our Animal Rehab Division website for updating the site and uploading upcoming course flyers. I'm working on reading and taking notes on the literature for the next FourLeg Newsletter. I am
weeding a nasty flowerbed, and it feels like I'm making headway. And as a break between computer work, I hand scrubbed the floor and baseboards in my kitchen! So it's been a great week!
Now on to YOUR learning for this week! But first...

Blog: Manual Therapy Myths Dispelled
|
I couldn’t even begin to write a blog as impressive as what I’m going to share with you today. Today’s blog (or rather reading redirection) comes from a Canadian Physiotherapist, Bahram Jam, PT. He has written a brilliant and well researched paper dispelling the myths propagated about manual therapy, and in particular ‘segmental motion testing’.

P.S. Helpful Hints for NEW members... |
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar: http://www.fourleg.com Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on
the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!
As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white
search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site. This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
