Some interesting things learned this week |
So, the title of this eblast will be explained in the blog. I think it's a unique blog - unique for me anyways! But the other things I learned this week? Well, I'm Kidney & Liver Yin deficient again. (Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis.) I think the energy drain of moving my breeder into the house, just sort of tipped the scales of my energy level. So, the only cure is to S L O W down... and that's not my strong
suit! However, I'm trying my best. I've just been going for walks instead of a heavy work out. I'm letting myself sleep more, and I"m napping when needed. I'm drinking 'cooling foods & liquids'. But my favourite discovery of the week has been EAR PLUGS! Oh, how have I not used ear plugs before now???? So my hubby snores, and it gets louder about 2 hours before rising, and that's when I have the hardest time getting back to sleep. But, when I
was complaining about my dilemma to my massage therapist, she asked, "Why don't you use ear plugs?" Hmmm... why don't I??? So I've done exactly this for the last two nights, and I've had the best sleeps I can remember in a long time. This could very well help my health, save my marriage, and keep me from smothering my husband while he's sleeping! Win-win!!

This week we received a negative review on my clinic's Facebook page. The circumstance was somewhat unjustified and upon reading it I was angry and then depressed, but at this point I'm totally okay, and maybe even a tiny bit happy. Read the blog to understand more.

If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar: http://www.fourleg.com Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on
the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!
