Pain & The Junkie!
Now we're getting into some of the meaty stuff in (rehab) Pain Management!
This week we had an intern at the clinic.  It's always interesting to see where the epiphanies lie for each person.  I also find it fascinating to see what sort of cases show up!  I used to stress about there not being enough of 'this or that' kind of patients, but I've come to accept that people get to see what they are meant to see.  We've had lots of pelvis patients, casted for a stifle brace, one cat...

On the home front, one of the dogs belonging to my breeder / friend in the basement has gone into heat.  So the boys are howling.  The female is prancing around shamelessly.  I might need to rent a hotel room to get away from it all!

Anyhoo... enough about me, here's your learning for this week!

But first, a 'groaner' of a cartoon!

Blog: Confessions of a Junkie!
I just can’t help myself.  At first I say, “No, you don’t need that.”  But then I get more and more interested.  Then I want it.  Then I justify getting it.  “It’ll help me.”  “I’ll use it later.” “You can never have too many.”

And that's a wrap!  So have a great week everyone!

Until next time... Cheers!

P.S. Helpful Hints for members...
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!

As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site.  This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
