You are receiving this e-blast because you signed up for these e-blasts on FourLeg.com. If for some reason, this makes you unhappy... then unsubscribe at the bottom. But for everyone else... HEY! Let's get on with the show! Can The Rest of the Summer Go Smoothly Please?
So I have been moving very slow all week. I took the whole week off! I wish I could take two, as I am not bouncing as well as I would like from my appendectomy last Sunday! I hope I don't have to wrestle any dogs this week! We have an intern however... so I'll get her to
wrestle dogs for me!!!
To add insult to injury in our house, the white borzoi, Talya, developed an infected anal gland. She was getting a bit smelly back there (no scooting, just a bit of extra 'cleaning' of the rear parts had been noted). So hubby and I set up to wash her back side (great thing to do day 3 post op). I decided to don some rubber gloves to feel her anal glands, and just a light squeeze of one and it
went whoosh and blood ran out. Lovely! So she's on antibiotics now, and I can no longer say to my patients, "I have never put my finger in a dog's butt. It's okay, you can trust me." :)
And as of 9:30am this morning, I'm taking kid 2 to the ortho surgeon to check back on his knee. Hopefully we'll be allowed to get going with ROM and some strengthening. The poor kid would
love to have his brace off by now!

|
I have just the thing! I highly recommend the unit that I have and use at my clinic. And now, I can bring it to you!
And if you're interested, give me a shout and I'll happily send along all of the details. RADIAL SHOCKWAVE rules! I am loving it as an adjunct to my other therapies, and am seeing amazing results with it when used on osteoarthritis, tendinosis lesions, and lumbosacral disc disease. (There are more things it can treat, but these three things keep it hopping
at my clinic!)
The price is right (in Canadian Dollars), and I can ship anywhere in North America. (For those of you overseas, I can put you in touch with local distributors nearer to you!)
Okay... so check it out if you've ever been interested!

P.S. Helpful Hints for NEW members... |
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar: http://www.fourleg.com Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on
the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!
As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side
of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site. This is an easy way to find content in all formats!
And check out www.fourleg.com/Help to address any FAQ regarding website or membership
difficulties.
