FourLeg: Trial & Success (and Turret's) & Questions!

Published: Mon, 07/31/17

The summer slow-down...

Slowly but surely, I'm getting a bit better!  I seem to have a lot of (presumed) internal scar tissue on the right lower quadrant of my abdomen.  When I stretch it (manually or by bending backward or lying or my stomach propped up on my elbows), it sends a zinger right through me!  So I'm doing more of all of those things!

Our Endless Pool has arrived in Calgary.  The trades have done their things. It's ready now to be permanently placed (Thursday or Friday, I think) and ready to take on water.  And then the steep learning curve on how to use it!  Eeek!

And we're starting to get into the summer slow down (just this week).  Lots of folks on vacation... the UWT has slowed down, and if it weren't for my suddenly cancelling patients due to my appendix, we'd be seeing a wee slow down in all of the therapists case loads.  (As is, my other therapists are taking on many of my patients for me... I'm so blessed to have such a great team!)

But enough about me, onto YOUR learning for this week!

But first, a cartoon!  (A little more Canadian humour!)

BLOG:  Lessons from a HUMAN!
Trial and Success!
This blog is a recount of a HUMAN patient I recently treated!  She's one of my co-workers / staff therapist, (and I have her permission to tell the tale).  Anyways, I think it's a story that has some lessons within it that I want to share - including, how I cured Turret's Syndrome and a sore shoulder all at the same time!  :)

Enjoy the Read!

I have just the thing!  I highly recommend the unit that I have and use at my clinic.  And now, I can bring it to you!

Check out this page:  http://fourleg.com/Shockwave   for more information.

And if you're interested, give me a shout and I'll happily send along all of the details.
RADIAL SHOCKWAVE rules!  I am loving it as an adjunct to my other therapies, and am seeing amazing results with it when used on osteoarthritis, tendinosis lesions, and lumbosacral disc disease.  (There are more things it can treat, but these three things keep it hopping at my clinic!)

The price is right (in Canadian Dollars), and I can ship anywhere in North America.  (For those of you overseas, I can put you in touch with local distributors nearer to you!)

Okay... so check it out if you've ever been interested!

P.S. Helpful Hints for NEW members...
If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having any issues with watching the videos, you will want to cut and paste the following url into your browser bar:
http://www.fourleg.com
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the website (https:), and takes them to the site via that prefix... but the rest of the pages aren't secured, only the sign up page... and if you go to watch the videos on the https:... site, then it won't allow you to watch them. So going to the http:// version will make everything turn out okay!!!

As members, If you are wanting to search a topic... then locate the white search bar in upper right hand side of the screen when you log in & are on the members' side of the site.  This is an easy way to find content in all formats!

And check out www.fourleg.com/Help to address any FAQ regarding website or membership difficulties.
