You are receiving this e-blast because you signed up for these e-blasts on FourLeg.com. If for some reason, this makes you unhappy... then unsubscribe at the bottom. But for everyone else... HEY! Let's get on with the show! Happy Mother's Day!
Or should we say Happy Mother's week! I think Mothers should get a whole week! Why not? Mother's Day was also my birthday (kind of a rip off... only to be spoiled one day of the year
instead of two... hmm!) So I think I deserve Laurie WEEK!
Now, before I get on with your learning. A quick story about 'Shower Chicken'. I reintroduced her to the coop at the beginning of May. She had been in the downstairs shower for a month, her feathers were growing in nicely... it should have worked! Not so much. The other girls are MEAN-GIRLS!
So, long story short, Shower Chicken only sleeps in the coop. The rest of the time, she gets to hang out in the yard. She now comes when she's called. Squats down to let you pick her up. And when you collect her from the coop, she will literally jump into your arms. And I think I love her! OMG... does anyone know if you can house train a chicken???
Okay, enough about me, let's
just get on with your learning this week!

This week’s blog is just to relate a story to you!
As many of you would be aware (if you’ve been following me for a while), I highly recommend that breeders bring in their litter of puppies for a full assessment when they are about 6 – 8 weeks of age and before they head off to their new home. In any litter, I tend to find about 50% of the puppies have wee minor issues
(in their spine, ribs, or pelvis) which are very fixable! To NOT fix such things, I think puts the puppies at risk of growing abnormally. For example, a pain the butt (i.e. Sacroiliac Joint Issue) could cause the puppy to stand in an antalgic posture, and subsequently grow with a ‘roached back’.
Additionally, within that time frame...

For over a year now, I've been working with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a prescription exercise website for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's
so much! Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc.
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's
a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
GO THERE... CHECK IT OUT!
