The time has finally come! This week I head to Italy to teach a course and give the 4 lectures I have been working so diligently on! Oh boy! Exciting and scary all at the same time! I have purchased new boots in order to looks 'less Canadian'... okay 'western Canadian'. I have come to realize that Calgary winter fashion is very practical, not 'fashion' at all! I can't show up in a town near Milan looking like I plan on
trudging through a snow drift or pushing a car out of a snow bank! I know I won't blend in, but hopefully I won't be fashion offensive!!! And I am super duper excited to eat Italian food and drink Italian wine! Squeeeee!
I'm not done my Christmas shopping either... looks like everyone is getting Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar!
Okay... and I just have to say, that this week's blog was such fun to research and write! You just have to read it! Comedy and education!

Just for fun, and out of left field, I bring you a discussion about Fecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT)! I’m not even kidding! This week I had a patient come in who had recently received a Fecal
Transplant! He’s a senior dog with some gut issues… and the specialist he goes to recommended that they try it!

I've put all of my exercises (and some of yours) onto a handy platform - Physiotec! It's a wonderful online resource for delivering home exercise / advice programs.
There are HUNDREDS of exercises FOURLEGEXERCISE.COM already! You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the
exercises. There's so much! Massage, Owner-friendly joint therapies, Exercises, Advisement, etc, etc.
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by / billed for separately, by... Physiotec... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains
to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)

Okay, so I had some questions about about the Forum, and I thought that I should pass on the info to everyone. - The Forum is located on the Members' side of FourLeg, so you'll need to login to find it. Then look over to the right hand column where you normally look up the content, and at the bottom, you'll find Forum. Click it!
- Now, to get on, you
need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a user name that you want displayed.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... Upload to Youtube and then post the link.
- It's really cool when you sign your name, that way people can respond to you by name. :)
And get on there and engage with the
community!
