Hey Laurie,
I have an athletic dog (agility competitor) that has had very slowly increasing amounts of internal rotation of the tibia on PROM of L stifle over the last year..... I had them doing exercises to externally rotate tibia actively to see if it was just a muscle imbalance (ie: femur held in ext rot and tibia compensating). And it got better.
But then today I feel like his resting position in laying was significantly more int rot and in PROM it just kept going....
Cranial caudal integrity feels on point. MCL/LCL stress tests seem okay (but I don’t do these often in dogs so I maybe missing something). And functionally he is fine as he is a super wound up ‘type 2B’ muscles, that actively hold that stifle in neutral. BUT I feel like something is breaking down and changing.... I have had a couple dogs with extreme lax int/ext rot that I keep meaning to ask your thoughts on it.
I am just wondering if I need to get her to back off on how much they do.

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies,
exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted,
because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)

P.S. Helpful Hints for NEW Members...
1. If you are new to FourLeg and happen to be having issues with watching the videos, you will
want to cut and paste the following URL into your browser bar:
Sometimes after people sign up on the secure page on FourLeg, their computer remembers the secure address for the
website (i.e. https:// etc), and it takes them to the site with THAT prefix. The rest of the site isn't 'secured, only the sign up page. So, the website thinks you are trying to watch a video from unauthorized site.
2. As a member, if you want to search a particular topic, then find the little white
search bar on the upper right hand corner of the page (after you log in as a member). Type in your search and be given a full listing of content related to your search words!
3. And, if you have any issues, check out WWW.FOURLEG.COM/Help to address any FAQs regarding the website or membership difficulties!
