Summer Summer Summer, and I'm getting things done!
Okay, not tons of things done, but things that I've put off for quite sometime.
- I had a cavity filled!
- I had a pedicure.
- I had an exterminator out for a mouse problem in one of the farm houses.
- I had a company come out to spray weeds on my lawn.
- I actually went to the Calgary Stampede... we were given free tickets!
- And I made a doctors appointment (because who doesn't love a good pap smear!!???).
- Next on the list - a hair cut and an eye test.
Other people might dream of luxurious or lazy vacations! I dream of having time to get 'life' done!

I don't have a punch line... I just wanted a humorous title!
Hip-Hip-Hooray! I love when science comes out with something that either proves or disproves a commonly cited (but not proven) statement! This is one such thing. For years (decades… over half a century actually), we’ve been told to not laser over or near a pregnant uterus. Why? Well, no reason, just because somebody figured, ‘better safe than sorry’. As such, that has been the recommendation by manufacturers and textbooks alike.
However, a fresh-off-the-press systematic review gives us some up to date information on this subject!

- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a user name that you want to be seen.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... Upload to Youtube, and then posting the link.
- Want to be notified when someone answers your question or responded to your comment? Just under the reply box, you can click "notify me when a reply is posted".

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies,
exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted,
because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
