We've got an appointment!
So in keeping you up to date with my husband and his carcinoma, we have an appointment set up at the cancer centre this coming Tuesday! That's good. The specialist isn't back until the 9th of September, so they are getting him in somewhere to get something started!!! Great! I've also made him an appointment with a oncologic naturopathic doctor to see if there are any other things we should be doing or trying as well. How are
we holding up? Um... 'shit' is starting to get real. So, as of writing this, I'd say 'not good'... but we go up and down.
So, that's where I'm at. Again, I'll apologize in advance if I don't respond to your e-mails in a timely manner.
PS... I'll remind folks that I'd LOVE any little videos you can send me that I could use as training videos. Quick tips. Things you like. Thoughts, advice, etc. I'm having troubles keeping up. But I vow to get the 3rd instalment of the Vibration platform stuff out to you next week. (I'm behind... but I'll get that done!) Thanks to those who have offered to film / record some stuff for me and Kim B. who already

Have you had a surgery lately, or been to the emergency department or into hospital for anything pain-related? Well, things have changed a bit. At least here in Canada, health practitioners are taking the ‘opioid crisis’ seriously.
So, the thought is that we don’t want people getting hooked on opioids and developing prescription drug addiction. Okay, that’s great. However, I don’t think that the system is really taking into account how they might be impacting or causing wind-up pain / central or peripheral sensitization.

- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a user name that you want to be seen.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... Upload to Youtube, and then posting the link.

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies,
exercises, advisement, etc, etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted,
because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
