We're back to nice temperatures here... just hovering around zero (celcius)... so much more livable!
Beyond that, I'm not trying to get caught up on everything that gets behind when I have a course to teach. There was a point when I thought, 'Yay, I'm all caught up!' But in reality, I had just forgotten a huge amount of stuff!!! I'm starting to write it all down again to try to keep track!
And for those following the saga of my family life. Hubby is status quo. We'll take it! The next 'alternative' health avenue we are looking at pursuing is a medical retreat to a place called Rythmia in Costa Rica. (It's wild! A friend has gone and says it's amazing!) The oldest son that was having the anxiety attacks is seeing the energy healer (who functions a bit like a psychologist... and I trust her). He's on
anti-anxiety meds now and seems to be on an upswing. The youngest son has been told that he needs to work more on basic obedience with his puppy and leash train her (not something needed in a ranch dog... but is beneficial for manners) and train her to 'wait' before rushing in or out of a doorway. We'll see how it goes!

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc,
etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the
Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
Go there... Check it out!!!

Have a great week everyone!
Until next time... Cheers!
