Post-Op CCL Observations from the Front Line?
And Four Leg Info on the Lumbar Spine!
The life updates:
I'm trying to write this while watching the SuperBowl. Disappointed because as a Canadian we aren't getting the American commercials!
Last week's small win, is I got my husband to go to a yoga class with me. Just a yoga nidra class, so mostly meditation. It was a win because I was worried that he'd be flatulent the entire time! But there was no gas for the whole class! Win! But that's the only class I want to take him to. Yoga is my thing... and I don't think he could go gas-free in any of the other classes!
So, that's all for now!

Regardless of the surgery type, if there has been a hiccup in their recovery (prolonged swelling, inadequate pain management, concurrent or late-stage meniscal tear, infection near the plate, broken screw, or so on), those dogs tend to have perpetual issues. What kind of issues?

I've put all of my exercises (and some of yours) onto a handy platform - Physiotec! It's a wonderful online resource for delivering home exercise / advice programs.
There are HUNDREDS of exercises FOURLEGEXERCISE.COM already! You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's
so much! Massage, Owner-friendly joint therapies, Exercises, Advisement, etc, etc.
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by / billed for separately, by... Physiotec... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to
FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
GO THERE... CHECK IT OUT!
