Lets see... life in review. This past week we were without water in the house for 3 days. We had a water filtration system put in and then were also talked into installing a new pump for the well. So, we lost one full day of water with the filtration system and then they had troubles removing the well pump and then getting someone to come and clean out the casing... so we were out of water for 2 additional days! Oh my
goodness! I don't know how the pioneers did it! What a pain in the butt to do everything with only small buckets or glasses of water. I thought I would have to dig out my old stashes of perfume (who wears perfume anymore?? Not in healthcare!) just to mask any stank I might be acquiring. However, my sensibilities took over and I resorted to going to my son's house to have a shower! Much better than trying to go all Victorian and just masking any
odours!
Beyond that I am trying to do all of the pre-reading for the Visceral Manipulation course I am taking next month. As well, I am trying to take on some creativity and fun in my life. So, I'm trying my hand at water colours. A sample is below.

The story behind this painting is that I was at yoga class and at the end of class the instructor read out a quote:
"Maybe you are searching among the branches for what only appears in the roots." ~Rumi
So I googled the quote and found a picture that pretty much looked like this, with the quote on it. So, I thought, hey, I'd like to try to paint that! To be honest, I can't paint from out of my head. I need to look at something and then try to recreate it. So that's what this is! The original is better...

- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a user name that you want to be seen.

- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc,
etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the
Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
