Lets see... life in review.
This past week has been a shit show. I try not to type in swear words... but nothing else comes close to describing it otherwise.
I am healthy, as is the rest of my family. I'm working extra hard these days however... AND we just found out that the kids at the University Rez need to move out by next Sunday. So we are crazily adding that into our busy schedule.
I practice a daily gratitude ritual, I'm sucking back tons of vitamins, and trying to get good sleep.
And I don't have time to talk much more than that. Sooo...

So I read a fabulous listing of helpful ideas from ACPAT member Jo Paul. Jo is a well known name to UK animal physios and to many animal physios abroad as well. She gave such great wisdom that I asked if I could share her thoughts. She gave me permission to do so. I then compiled info from a few different sources and created a video blog on the topic of Surviving Covid-19 as a Business Owner. I've compiled it as both a video blog and
a written blog... of course the video is more entertaining (complete with a real time text from my Mom for levity). Anyways, have a watch, have a read! Hang in there folks! We'll get through this!

Okay, there are always some questions about about the Forum, and I thought that I should pass on the info to everyone.
- To get on, you need to sign up with a NEW username and password. (Password can be the same as what you you to get into the Member's area). Next time you want 'in', it should remember you.
- Pick a user name that you want to be seen.
- Answer questions. Post questions.
- Sign your posts please... It's nice to reply to a person by name!
- If you want to post a document or a picture, you can drag it into the message box or scroll down, click attachments, and then 'add files'.
- Videos... Upload to Youtube, and then posting the link.
- Want to be notified when someone answers your question or responded to your comment? Just under the reply box, you can click "notify me when a reply is posted".

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc,
etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the
Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
