Blog - Taking Stock!
And Four Leg Info on Conformation!
The life updates:
I'm still working. We have taken on so many measures to ensure safety, and clients are happy that we are still there for them! However it's all extremely exhausting.
Calves are being born like crazy on the ranch. So it's been easy for hubby, my one son, and the hired hand to self isolate. Calving season is always about self isolating!
And Easter dinner was hubby and I and the youngest son (since he is essentially self isolated with hubby on the ranch, and by proxy me), and we ordered from my favourite restaurant as a way to support them and save the need to increase any efforts during this crazy time. The oldest son and his girlfriend (who are living with my Mother right now) are having their Easter dinner together at that house.
I've not gotten into any of these Social Distancing Wine or Coffee get-togethers. No time! But I am enjoying going out at 7pm with my hubby to do the evening cow check. I might be taking along a Gin and Tonic... but it's okay to 'drink & passenger' on your own property. It's my sanity break every day!
Alright, so enough about me...

I came across a blog from back in the Fall of 2019 - The Next-Best-Hardest-Thing. Essentially it gives an account of the author achieving her Pain Science Fellowship. In light of the world right now, I thought this was a good topic for discussion… but maybe taking the topic in a different direction.
In scrolling through Facebook and chatting with dog owners, I see a variety of messages and emotions.
One side of the coin says, ‘Use this time to strengthen your business, get $h!# done, come out of this stronger and ready to zoom ahead.’ The other side says, ‘Take this time to go inside, connect with yourself, enjoy what you have, learn gratitude, and come out of this with a new set of values.’
Neither side is wrong…

I've put all of my exercises (and some of yours) onto a handy platform - Physiotec! It's a wonderful online resource for delivering home exercise / advice programs.
There are HUNDREDS of exercises FOURLEGEXERCISE.COM already! You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's
so much! Massage, Owner-friendly joint therapies, Exercises, Advisement, etc, etc.
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by / billed for separately, by... Physiotec... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to
FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
GO THERE... CHECK IT OUT!
