I stained a deck last week. 2 hours of power washing and 13 hours of staining. And I have two more decks to go!!! My neck and right shoulder are still mad at me, but it looks great! Fortunately the next two decks are smaller, but I may need to take a month long break before tackling them!

I found an article that I LOVE! This time, it’s all about Shockwave. I know I’ve seen a number of discussions come up in regards to shockwave units, companies, results, methods, etc., so when this article popped across my screen, I quickly downloaded it with the intention of sharing it!

Now, I don’t want to get into the nitty gritty of how they did their review, because what I want to focus on are the conclusions! So here they are… the 10 main statements about ESWT based on the RCTs on radial shockwave (rESWT) and focused shockwave (fESWT) listed in the PEDro database.

The latest (and greatest) online exercise prescription platform... FOURLEGEXERCISE.COM

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!

I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc, etc!

NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
