Affordable & Expansive Learning to be had!
What's new?
1. I think the Earth might be off kilter! Man oh man! So much weird stuff going on! Weird stuff with patients. Weird interactions between people. Crazy little troubles. What's up with that?! (I need to learn astrology... I bet the answer is in the stars!)
2. This week's blog is an extension of the thoughts on correlations that I brought forth in the Tendinopathy & Hyperalgesia blog. This time, it's YOUR answers to the survey question about Rehab Correlations! So many insightful and clever answers. I hope you'll find it as interesting as I did! Thank you to those that took part in responding!
3. I created a NEW SURVEY! This time it's about Things to Learn AFTER You've obtained your animal rehab or vet physio qualifications. I hope you'll take some time to give it some thought and fill in your answers! Here's the link to the survey!
So, that's it for the updates... On with the show!!

By the way, I'm still asking for testimonials.
PLEASE, would any veterinarian that I have ever taught on the subject of canine rehab (assessment, making a 'rehab diagnosis', treatment, exercise prescription, modalities, etc., etc.) - Live, or even if within FourLeg, please write me a letter of recommendation. The intention is to prove ME as a credible source on these topics. Crazy...
but this has been suggested to me as a way to help prove myself as a content expert when in discussions with the Vet Colleges (Vet Boards) up here! And, it doesn't matter where in the world you are from. PLEASE and THANK YOU!
(You can e-mail them to me at Laurie@FourLeg.com. I am so incredibly grateful to those of you that have helped me out with this already.)
Let's get onto your learning for the week...

Last month I did a survey. It was about rehab correlations. Things you’ve noticed as a rehab practitioner that go together. My example was, cruciate injury and trigger points in the Quads, Sartorius, and Tensor fascia Lata. Thank you to those that participated in the survey! There were a number of good responses that I wanted to share with everyone! Enjoy the read and getting your ‘brain juices’
flowing!
So, here we go!

For over a year, I worked with Physiotec (an online exercise platform) to create a exercise prescription platform for canine rehab practitioners. And this is it!
I've put hundreds of exercises together onto this handy platform. You can find the exercises, print off a handout, send them a link to the VIDEOS of the exercises. There's so much: Massage, owner-friendly joint therapies, exercises, advisement, etc,
etc!
NOW... be aware that this platform is run by / owned by Physiotec (and they charge separately for it's use)... and the support for the website is via physiotec as well. The MAIN GLITCH I am finding now... is that when you e-mail or call tech-support you will NEED to LET THEM KNOW that your question pertains to FOURLEGEXERCISE! (Otherwise, it's a bit of a schmozzle to get sorted, because they direct you to the
Physiotec website vs FourLegExercise website!!!) Check it out and LET ME KNOW (what you think, your experiences, etc... so that I can report back if there are issues!)
I hope you find it useful!
Go there... Check it out!!!

Have a great week everyone!
Until next time... Cheers!
